Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic, creative & joyful practice focusing on breath-synchronized movement & easily adaptable to different skill & fitness levels.

Each 1 hour class begins with a guided mediation in the beautiful Convent Chapel, followed by 45 minutes of breath synchronized movement designed to gently increase strength & flexibility… each session completes with a 10 minute Savasana, deep relaxation, followed by herbal tea & cucumber water.

€100.00 / 8 Classes (1 class per week)
